Right of withdrawal for consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when you or such a third party acquire physical possession of the last item. If one item is delivered in several parts, the period begins on receipt of the last part.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example a letter or email, sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. You can also exercise your right through the “Withdraw from contract” function linked in the footer of sponceram.com. If you use this online function, we will promptly email you confirmation containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time we received it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery. This excludes any additional delivery cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will incur no fee for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send the goods back to Zellwerk GmbH, Sponceram returns, Ziegeleistraße 7, 16727 Oberkrämer OT Eichstädt, Germany, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. You meet this deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging and prior return authorization are not conditions for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal. Please pack fragile goods securely for transport.
Defective, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at shopify@sponceram.com so we can arrange a remedy. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected. Costs required for a statutory remedy, including the necessary transport costs, are borne by us in accordance with applicable law. You do not lose these rights merely because you did not contact us immediately.
Business customers
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by business customers. Returns by business customers outside their statutory rights require a separate agreement with Zellwerk GmbH.
